Increases reload speed but reduces magazine size.
Overview
Reloads are much faster, but the magazine holds fewer rounds and any ammo left in the magazine is discarded when you reload. It works best on weapons you reload often anyway, such as Hand Cannons, Pulse Rifles, Sidearms and Sniper Rifles. Its 0.9 reload scalar matches the Outlaw perk, so on high base reload weapons the two perform the same. The stated values date to 2020 and may be out of date.
