Entries unlock by completing each of the four Altars of Reflection branches (Pact, Insight, Choice and Catalyst) in Savathûn's Throne World.

== Contents ==

LIN-357 rates the physical threat low: the Altars have no traps or lethal intent within the bounded space. Deepsight use, however, is risky, since resurrecting old memories creates vulnerability and distraction. They recommend against Guardian visits and ask why these particular memories were curated.
