Arc Shield

Overview

An Arc Shield is a protective shield of Arc energy that some effects give the player. The clearest example is Heir Apparent: its trait Armor of the Colossus reads "While at full health, spinning up this weapon protects you with an Arc Shield." Its catalyst, Legion's Bulwark, increases the shield's durability and partly reloads the magazine if it breaks.

Notes

One outlet reports the catalyst shield cuts damage by 75% except Arc (62%) and behaves like an enemy shield, so Arc damage breaks it faster; the wiki doesn't confirm the figures. Not to be confused with the Titan Sentinel's Void shield.
