Barrel perk for Shotguns that increases stability (+10) and handling speed (+10). It is a balanced choice that makes a shotgun easier to control and quicker to bring up. Its roll pool matches the Smoothbore group.
It is one of the middle-ground shotgun barrels next to Full Choke and Rifled Barrel. Smoothbore and Rifled Barrel push range at the cost of handling, while Barrel Shroud trades that away for steadier, quicker handling.
