How to complete

• The mods come from secrets in The Nether, the exploration activity on the Dreadnaught. Secrets are hidden rooms, chests and encounters rather than plain collectibles; each run of the Nether loads only some of the Dreadnaught's areas, so not every secret appears in every run and you will need several runs.
• Equip Ghost mods that detect chests (such as the Combo Detector) on your Ghost Shell, and use your Ghost (summon it) to reveal invisible platforms and paths.
• Common secret types: lighting burning plates and pillars, following Toland orbs to chests, Desire chests (need Essences of Desire), Tithe chests behind portals, symbol and jumping puzzles.
• Unconfirmed: I found no source listing which secret grants which Boon Ghost Mod, so no per-mod locations are given here.

Reward

Claiming the triumph grants the exotic Ghost shell Coronation (per Destinypedia). It is part of the Episode: Heresy ritual triumphs (the Heretic seal guide does not list it, and notes some Heretic triumphs were hidden in the API).
