Brisk Boss is a Dawning event triumph: complete 10 Dawning: Snowball Fight matches. Wins do not matter, only finishing.

Open the Event Hub from the Portal, press Play and pick the Snowball PvP activity (under Crucible Ops).
Finish 10 matches (win or lose); snowball kills in the mode also count toward other Dawning triumphs.

One of twelve triumphs for the Star Baker seal (the first eight earn the seal, all twelve gild it, per Total Apex).
