History of Bushido Boots

Overview

Bushido Boots is a Legendary Warlock piece of the Bushido samurai-styled armor set: Leg Armor for the Warlock class. Its flavor text reads "Move with the ground, not over it."

The Bushido set

Game Rant says the set is free for all players, even without the latest expansion, and comes in a uniquely styled variant for each class: Titan, Hunter and Warlock. The 2-piece bonus, Iaido, restores health on final blows with freshly drawn or reloaded weapons. The 4-piece bonus, Unfaltering Focus, reduces incoming damage after final blows with certain weapons (Game Rant says Bows or Shotguns; another source adds Swords). Destiny 2 Wiki lists the matching Bushido Robes as a Season 27 piece.

Acquisition

• Game Rant says the set comes from The Portal: choose the Pinnacle Ops tab, where each mission rewards a Pinnacle Ops Gear Engram containing Bushido pieces. It says the rewards are repeatable.
• The game data attached to this page lists Contest of Elders, Heliostat, Presage and The Coil as sources, and says it has random perks and cannot be reacquired from Collections. Game Rant does not mention those activities.
• No opened source states crafting or Adept status.
