City Age

The City Age is the era of human history that followed the Dark Age, beginning with the founding of the Last City. The Dark Age itself followed the Golden Age and is said to have lasted at least four centuries.

Survivors of the Collapse, including humans, Awoken and Exos, gathered at the inactive Traveler and built the Last City beneath its protective aura. The start of the City Age is not fixed to a single event: accounts point to the survivors settling beneath the Traveler, the Titans raising the first wall, or the Battle of Six Fronts.

The Battle of the Twilight Gap falls in the Mid-City Age, after the Battle of Six Fronts and before the Crusade of Saint-14.
