Combat Training is a triumph: defeat 300 combatants with Shotguns. The game text says you earn bonus progress in Crucible Ops.
How to complete
Use a Shotgun in any activity that counts combatants, and prefer Crucible Ops (a Portal activity) for faster progress. Similar Portal-bonus wording appears on other triumphs; for example, Arms Week's "Terribly Modish" gives extra progress in Portal activities.
