Shotgun

Overview

Shotguns are close-range weapons built for "immediate, violent conflict resolution". Damage at maximum range is about 20% lower than up close, and most shotguns are ineffective at distance, with exceptions such as The Chaperone and Universal Remote. In Destiny they use special or heavy ammunition and sit in the secondary slot. Models come from manufacturers such as SUROS, Häkke and Omolon.
