Common Order

Overview

Orders come in Common, Legendary and Exotic tiers. Common Orders give steady experience and Glimmer and are simple objectives completed through normal play. Completing Common Orders unlocks Legendary Orders, which pay Bright Dust and can lead to an Exotic Order. See also The Portal.

Rewards

Reported payouts from Season 28 (December 2025): Common Orders give XP, Glimmer and 10 Bright Dust. Legendary Orders give enhanced XP, Glimmer and 100 Bright Dust. Exotic Orders give the highest XP, Exotic gear and 200 Bright Dust. Guides differ on exact values, so check the in-game Seasonal Hub.

Rerolls

Glimmer can replace an Active Order you do not want with a random one of the same tier. The cost rises with each replacement and resets daily, partly whenever Common Orders are completed.
