Connection module

The Vex Module//CONNECTION, usually called the Connection module, is a green Vex module. Installed in its bowl, it creates platforms and activates Vex confluxes. Each player can hold only one Vex Module at a time.

Connection modules come from Independent Variables, Minotaurs in Encore. Defeating one yields the module, which is then placed in a bowl. Early in the mission, Connection modules activate three Vex Confluxes. In the boss fight, a Connection module from an Independent Variable is deposited in the center bowl. Other Independent Variables carry Partition modules, which remove solid walls, and later Access pickups.
