History of Crota's End Patterns

Crota's End Patterns asks you to collect Patterns for the Crota's End weapons. Per the in-game text, each pattern increases the chance of extra weapon traits on Crota's End Adept weapons (exact percentages not found in sources).

How to complete

The six craftable Legendaries are Abyss Defiant, Fang of Ir Yût, Oversoul Edict, Song of Ir Yût, Swordbreaker and Word of Crota. Necrochasm is not craftable.

1. Earn red-border (Deepsight Resonance) drops from the raid. Five red-border copies of a weapon unlock its pattern.
2. Use the weekly hidden-statue sequence: memorise the glowing statues at the start, then activate matching statues at three spots; a correct run spawns a chest with a guaranteed Deepsight weapon for one you still need (a wrong statue breaks it).
3. Shape the weapon at the Enclave.
4. Master difficulty challenge completions drop Adept weapons; the enhanced traits come via Tier 2 upgrades at weapon level 11.
