Oversoul Edict

Overview

Oversoul Edict is a Legendary Arc Pulse Rifle with a Rapid-Fire frame at 540 RPM. For PvE, TheGamer recommends Enlightened Action and Voltshot, as Voltshot kills trigger Cursed Thrall explosions; for PvP, Eye of the Storm or Keep Away with Headseeker. High Ground Gaming calls it the best PvP weapon from the raid.

Acquisition

Drops from the Crota's End raid. Sources disagree on exactly which encounter drops which weapon, so check the current loot table in game. Raid weapons are craftable once you have unlocked the pattern from Deepsight copies (about five), per Grindout and The Game Post. Master difficulty also awards Adept versions. All of the raid's weapons carry the Cursed Thrall origin trait: after a melee kill, final blows with the weapon make targets explode for a short time.
