Overview

The D.F.A. is a Legendary Kinetic Hand Cannon. Its flavor text reads: "Osiris said that he started to pity the Red Legion, getting trapped in here for infinite eternities. I think they're getting exactly what they deserve." —Sagira

Acquisition

The weapon was originally acquired from the Nightfall version of the Tree of Probabilities Strike. During Season of Arrivals, it was provided by Brother Vance after completing his portion of the Exodus quest, as the strike was scheduled to be vaulted.

It was reprised during Season of the Haunted as part of the Vanguard Strike activity loot pool. An Adept version was available from Nightfall completions on Grandmaster difficulty.

It cannot be reacquired from Collections. It can be obtained from the following sources:
