Dares of Eternity

Overview

Dares of Eternity is a six-player seasonal arena playlist added with the Bungie 30th Anniversary update. Launch it from the Eternity node on the destinations map by walking into the rift between Xur and Starhorse. Variants are Standard, Master, Expert and Legend. Reported power levels range from 1100 to 1320 depending on variant. It is unlocked via Eternity Beckons.

Structure

Two sections, each with two identical rounds, a mini-boss and a boss. Round one: kill everything; bring Barrier, Unstoppable and Overload mods for Champions. Activate the Wheel of Adversity to choose the enemy faction. Round two is objective based: kill a marked enemy for an object and use it on an invulnerable target or blight, or capture zones.

Bosses

The final boss depends on your door: Hive (two copies of Crota, killed with cleavers), Cabal (a champion, destroy shield generators) or Vex (Zydron, with keybearers and containment protocols).

Rewards

Strange Favor reputation, Treasure Keys, Strange Coins and gear. A random Lightning Round can add three chests. Consecutive runs build a streak up to 5 for extra Strange Favor.
