Dreaming City Case File Collector

Overview

Dreaming City Case File Collector is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that asks you to collect six Case Files hidden in the Dreaming City: two in each of Divalian Mists, Rheasilvia and The Strand. It is not worth any Triumph Score.

How to complete

The Case Files only spawn while a Distortion is active in the Dreaming City. Check the destination map for a red icon over the Dreaming City before you go. Without it, the collectibles will not appear.

Collection route, once the distortion is active:

1. Divalian Mists. Case File 1 is directly behind your landing point when you first load in. Case File 2 is in a hidden cave beneath the outer cliffside. Drop down through the opening near the first file, or reach it by Sparrow.
2. Bridge files. Two Case Files sit under the large bridge and along the path past it. Guides place this pair in different zones: one places them in Divalian Mists along the pathway to the left after the bridge, the other in Rheasilvia (one under the bridge on the right, one under a rock overhang on the left past the bridge). The triumph tracks two per zone, so if a zone is short a file, check both sides of the bridge.
3. The Strand. Case File 5 is on top of the rock formations after you enter from the Divalian Mists checkpoint. Case File 6 is on the ground along a low path toward the back of the zone.

Tip: collect the Divalian Mists files first, then move to The Strand, and finish with the Rheasilvia pair so you do not have to backtrack.
