EDZ Case File Collector

Overview

EDZ Case File Collector is a Triumph that asks you to collect the Case Files hidden around the EDZ. The files are part of the Monument of Triumph update.

How to complete

There is one Case File in each of seven EDZ zones. A zone's file only appears while the EDZ is the active Distortion destination, so check the map first: the public event icons turn red when it is active. If the icons are normal colours, wait for the rotation.

1. Trostland: land at the Trostland checkpoint, walk to the left side of the plaza and enter the small dilapidated room.
2. Outskirts: take your Sparrow toward the coastline. The file is beside a semi-truck parked between two large bridges.
3. Winding Cove: follow the riverbed from the Outskirts to the high cliffside where Xûr usually sets up. Go right of the public event area, climb the rocks and trees toward the glowing blue light, or use the small cave tunnel to reach the top ledge.
4. Firebase Hades: follow the main road to the structures on the left side of the zone. The file is on the floor of a small, accessible room.
5. The Gulch: open the Director and fast travel to The Gulch. Move straight forward, cross the broken bridge structure and check under the abandoned car on the far side.
6. The Sludge: fast travel from the landing pad, climb the concrete ramp and pass the small utility room without entering. Check the wall cubby right next to it.
7. Sunken Isles: fast travel to the northern point and follow the main path toward the massive Cabal ship structures. The file is on the ground there.

Tips

• One guide calls the Sunken Isles file the final piece of the set, so it is a good last stop.
• A June 2026 guide places some files differently; for example, it puts the Trostland file in a Fallen-held building beside a church. If a spot is empty, try the other location before moving on.
