History of Edge of Action Catalyst

Overview

Edge of Action Catalyst is a Catalyst for the Edge of Action, an Energy Glaive. Its Triumph in Destiny 2 requires defeating targets while the catalyst is inserted. The triumph tracks the targets defeated with the weapon after the catalyst goes in.

How to complete

1. Earn the catalyst. It drops randomly from Vanguard Ops, Gambit and Crucible playlists.
2. Insert the catalyst from the Edge of Action's menu.
3. Equip Edge of Action in your Energy slot and defeat targets. Each target defeated while the catalyst is inserted adds to the triumph.

Perk

The Repulsor Brace catalyst grants an overshield when you defeat a target carrying a Void debuff, so Void-debuffed targets are the most useful kills with this catalyst.
