Enkaar, the Anointed

Overview

Enkaar, the Anointed is an Ultra-ranked Hive Acolyte and weapon craftsman who designed Hive weapons, including the Weapons of Sorrow such as Necrochasm.

Location

Enkaar is encountered in the depths of the Jetsam of Saturn during the Conversation mission of Season of the Forge.

The Draw

Enkaar is the boss of The Conversation, the ninth step of the exotic quest The Draw. Guardians must stand in a circle until The Last Word appears, since it is the only weapon that can damage him. He arrives with the Proto-Thorn, which can kill in one shot. In the damage phases, Guardians shoot his Spectral Heralds, copies of himself, in a set order before a final shot. Defeating him awards The Last Word. Failing to draw the weapon in time applies the Gun Shy debuff.
