Figments of an Answer

Overview

Figments of an Answer is a Triumph in Destiny 2 earned during the Presage mission aboard the Glykon, from Season of the Chosen. It awards 10 Triumph Score.

How to complete

Scan five clues on the ship. Four are before the boss and one is after it:

1. Dead Cabal: the Cabal bodies hanging from vines after the first Egregore link, past the Darkness barrier.
2. Scorn tether shell: in the electrical grid section. Pass the first gap and go through a door, then look right beside the walling and crates.
3. Guardian's opulent ship: in the hangar fight area, on the side opposite your entry point, after clearing the Scorn.
4. Dark ether canisters: in the room where a grid blocks an upper area. Throw the canister lever, shoot the fuse behind the door, jump up and turn left.
5. Calus hologram: after the boss, go through the door behind the pipes, break the floor grate, drop down and jump the small obstacle. It is a glowing disc showing Calus's face.

Tips: scan in this order, and check each clue's pickup on the HUD before leaving the room. The clues are part of the Presage scannable set, so the related triumphs Another Link in the Chain and All the Scattered Pieces unlock as you progress. Only one scannable group can be finished per weekly reset.
