Filthy Lucre

Overview

Filthy Lucre is the currency for the Bank Job step of the Witherhoard catalyst quest. The step requires 300 Filthy Lucre, earned from Strikes, Nightfalls, Gambit and Crucible matches.

Nightfalls and Gambit or Crucible wins give the most progress. Short activities such as the Mayhem and Scorched Crucible modes and the Lake of Shadows Strike are popular for farming. Season pass catalysts at ranks 11 and 22 boosted progress in the Season of Arrivals version of the quest, but those boosts may no longer be available.
