Overview

Fragmentation Rounds is a Volatile weapon mod from the Hand Cannon version of Arms Week (July 2025). Precision final blows create several explosive submunitions.

It is earned through the Sharpshooter seal, part of the Ephemeral Arsenal triumphs. Under the Within Scope triumph, the seal requires 270 final blows with Fragmentation Rounds, with similar counts for Cowboy Grip and Chaotic Munitions. The mod was tied to the Hand Cannon event, and later Arms Weeks featured other weapon archetypes, so it may not return.

Acquisition

The mod comes from the Arms Week event track and its Volatile Weapon Mod rewards. Combat Telemetry, used to focus featured weapons at Ada-1's workbench, is earned from the event's quests and challenges.
