Frame of Reference is the origin trait on The Desert Perpetual raid weapons. Final blows grant temporarily increased damage, reload speed and range, and the effect is frozen in time while the weapon is stowed.
The raid's weapons include Antedate, Intercalary, Lance Ephemeral, Finite Maybe, The When and Where, Opaque Hourglass and the Exotic Whirling Ovation, a rocket launcher. The trait is listed as a Season 27 Basic Origin Trait.
Because the timer does not run while the weapon is stowed, the buff resumes when the weapon is drawn again. Reported bonus values differ.
