Frostpulse

Overview

Frostpulse is a Stasis Aspect for the Warlock Shadebinder subclass. Casting Rift sends out a shockwave that freezes nearby combatants.

Frostpulse does not grant Frost Armor. That effect is tied to Stasis shard pickups with Glacial Harvest, Tectonic Harvest, and Grim Harvest.
