Grandmaster: Savathûn's Song

Overview

Grandmaster: Savathûn's Song is a triumph that requires completing the Savathûn's Song Nightfall on Grandmaster difficulty. The strike is a Titan strike from the Red War that ends with the Ultra Shrieker boss of the same name, and it was available during the Season of Arrivals.

How to complete

1. Launch Savathûn's Song on Grandmaster difficulty as the featured Nightfall. The strike has a recommended Power of 750 and is designed for 1 to 3 players.
2. Fight through Hive and Fallen enemies across the Arcology, including the Solarium, Arboretum and Chasm of Screams.
3. Defeat the Ultra Shrieker at the end of the strike.

Tips

• Bring Grandmaster-level Power and mods for Champions, since Grandmaster Nightfalls add extra enemies and tougher modifiers.
• The strike has since been moved into the Destiny Content Vault, so it can no longer be launched. Its main remaining use is the Exotic quest "The Chasm of Screams", which replaces direct access to the strike until completed.

Status

Bungie's Update 9.7.0 patch notes deprecated Nightfall-related triumphs and metrics. Progress already earned was kept, but this triumph can no longer be earned. Grandmaster Nightfalls had already been removed as a standalone rotation with Update 9.0.0.1, when Nightfalls moved to a daily rotation, and Grandmaster now appears as a difficulty tier in the matchmaking portal.
