Ultra Shrieker

The Ultra Shrieker is the Ultra-rank Hive Shrieker, a massive Hive boss that acts as the eyes of Savathûn. Its best-known appearance is as the final boss of the Savathûn's Song strike on Titan, where Savathûn's Brood summons it inside a Void crystal made of stolen Guardian Light.

Fight

The Shrieker starts sealed in its casing and must be freed by breaking the crystal beneath it. It is damaged through its eye and the crack on its center orb until its health drops by a third, then it retracts and is immune until its Hive reinforcements are dead. At two-thirds health it summons Ogres, and in the last phase it shields itself in a Void barrier. Killing a Handmaiden drops a Void charge that is deposited under the barrier to remove the shield.

The strike has since been moved into the Destiny Content Vault.
