Great Excavations

Overview

Great Excavations is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It is earned by exploring the Wolfship Turbine, a Lost Sector held by the Hive on the Tangled Shore. It awards 50 Triumph Score.

How to complete

1. Fast travel to Sorik's Cut and drop down into the Reef.
2. Turn around to find the entrance, then go right and descend through the underground complex.
3. Ride or jump down the elevator shaft. Clear the Thralls and push through the doors, dealing with the Acolytes and a Revenant Knight.
4. From the blue-lit entrance, go upstairs and break the wall. Climb the central platform, cross the chasm, break another wall, and enter the small arena.
5. Defeat Segrex, the Tainted, the Ogre boss, with about a dozen Thralls in the arena. A strong shotgun or your Super helps early.

The chest is in the cave on the left, which also has a wall you can break for a quick exit.
