Heist Battlegrounds

Overview

Heist Battlegrounds are a family of three-player matchmade activities introduced in Season of the Seraph (Season 19, December 2022). Guardians raid enemy strongholds to repossess fragments of Rasputin's subminds and restore the Warmind. They launched from the H.E.L.M. and were added to the Vanguard Ops playlist with Destiny 2: Lightfall. The game data lists them as a Seasonal Arena with an Adept variant.

Battlegrounds

• Heist Battleground: Moon, Ocean of Storms, boss Once-Phyris, the Exhumed Tether.
• Heist Battleground: Europa, Rathmore Chaos, boss Warwatcher, Eye of Xivu Arath.
• Heist Battleground: Mars, Hellas Basin, boss Darkblade Kelgorath, Risen from Bones.

Mechanics

Fight through the site, defeat a Deathtongue Chorister, use PDT Refraction Cores to break Hive seals, then beat the boss, whose shield is removed by depositing Charges. Bring Champion mods.

Rewards

Chest loot, Seraph Chests opened with Seraph Key Codes, Exo Frame reputation, the Warmind's Avatar armor and six weapons (Fire and Forget, Disparity, Judgement of Kelgorath, Path of Least Resistance, Tripwire Canary, Retrofit Escapade).
