Helium Filaments

Overview

Helium Filaments are a Moon material. They come from helium canisters and chests on the Moon and can be farmed from Helium Cores in Lost Sectors such as Archer's Lane, Sorrow's Harbor and Anchor of Light. They also drop from bounties and can be bought from the Spider, where sources list five for one Legendary Shard or 5,000 Glimmer, depending on the day.

Uses

Current guides say Helium Filaments upgrade gear from Legendary to Exotic rarity. One guide says 25 of them convert into one Phantasmal Core. An older Shadowkeep-era guide describes a minigame use that is out of date.
