History of Hive-Made Monster

Overview

Hive-Made Monster is a Triumph in Destiny 2. Its objective is to acquire all upgrades for the Cryptolith Lure.

How to complete

The Lure comes from Crow after you finish the Trail of the Hunted mission on the Moon. You charge it by completing strikes, Crucible matches, and Gambit matches, and it holds up to 5 Lure Charges.

The upgrades are unlocked by giving Crow Crow Recon Data, which raises your reputation with him. There are seven upgrades:

• Reputation Boost I and II, which earn more Recon Data.
• Improved Seeker I, which unlocks Hive Wrathborn Hunts.
• Power Hunter, which doubles weekly powerful Wrathborn Hunt rewards and upgrades Crow's weekly challenge reward to a Pinnacle.
• Seasoned Hunter, which activates beneficial modifiers in Wrathborn Hunts.
• Mutation Mod Extractor, which yields more Mutation Mods from Wrathborn Hunts.
• Improved Seeker II, which unlocks the High Celebrant of Xivu Arath.

Players reported that the final upgrade is time-gated. Players who had every other upgrade could not finish the triumph until it unlocked.
