Overview
II: An Audience with Slaughter is a Triumph in Destiny 2 for the chapter “II: An Audience with Slaughter” in the Inquisition of the Damned Lore book, which was added with Shadowkeep in October 2019.
Chapter
The chapter is set in the pit at the bottom of damnation’s well, where brutalists compete for an eternal throne while a thousand warriors gather for a slaughter. Cunning schemers watch from crimson towers in the Necropolis. The Daughters of Crota, Hashladûn, Besurith, Kinox and Voshyr, arrive to judge those who would fight for the throne, seeking a warrior capable of razing the celestial heavens. Besurith and Voshyr voice doubts, Kinox stays silent, and Hashladûn, the eldest, narrows her glare. The chapter ends with “The slaughter is set to begin.”
