Kamala Rior

Kamala Rior is an Awoken Paladin of the Royal Awoken Guard from the Reef. She is one of the Queen's seven Paladins and one of four Armada Paladins. During the Reef Wars she helped capture Pirsis, hunted Skolas with Abra Zire, and joined the Armada Paladins' pincer maneuver that defeated Skolas. After the Battle of Saturn, she advised Petra Venj to delay declaring the Reef's slain leaders dead. Later she opposed Petra's rule and warned she would withdraw her fleet if Petra took the Queenship.

Lore appearances

Rior is first mentioned in House of Wolves. In the Forsaken era she asked Guardians to help retake the Dreaming City, and Commander Zavala pledged the Vanguard's support. In Season of the Drifter she freed the exiled Cryptarch Lavinia Garcia Umr Tawil to draw on her knowledge of the Nine.

Prodigal Suit

The Prodigal Suit leg pieces carry flavor text attributed to Rior, which is where her line about withdrawing her fleet appears.
