Kepler (activity)

Overview

The Kepler Explore activity is free-roam on the Kepler destination, introduced with Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate on July 15, 2025. You reach it after accepting the Nine's invitation in the campaign (the first mission is "The Invitation"). Roaming is tiered by World Tier (Brave, Legendary, Fabled, Mythic), with higher tiers multiplying rewards.

Mechanics

Kepler has four destination abilities (Matterspark, Rosetta, Relocator, Mattermorph) used for puzzles and hidden Mystery chests, and the scheduled zone event The Sieve, a defence of a Dark Matter extractor. The The Desert Perpetual raid is also on Kepler.
