King of Kings

Overview

King of Kings is a Triumph in Destiny 2 for completing every encounter challenge in the Master difficulty of the King's Fall raid. It is one of two requirements for the Kingslayer seal, with One True King being the other. Completing the triumph awards 50 points.

How to complete

You need all five challenges, each done on Master difficulty. Each challenge sits on one encounter, and they rotate weekly, so you will need to clear the set across several weeks.

1. The Grass Is Always Greener (Totems): never take the same Brand type twice in a row. Rotate to the opposite side each time you deposit Deathsinger's Power, forming a figure-eight path. One death can break the rotation.
2. Devious Thievery (Warpriest): during the DPS phase, take the Brand of the Initiate from a teammate within a few seconds of grabbing the Brand Claimer buff. Stay central and have whoever takes the brand return quickly.
3. Gaze Amaze (Golgoroth): the player holding Golgoroth's Gaze must stand in the Pool of Unclaimed Light before the gaze is swapped. Clear the orbs with a machine gun rather than your main DPS weapon.
4. Under Construction (Daughters of Oryx): no one may step on the same construction plate twice in one phase. Torn Between Dimensions players do not count. Assign plates and rotate clockwise.
5. Hands Off (Oryx): do not damage the same Light-Eater Knight or Ogre twice. Damage counts, not kills, so be careful with damage-over-time effects as enemies spawn.
