Overview
Offhand Strike is a Season 19 basic trait. Final blows grant extra weapon range, stability and accuracy while you fire from the hip, for a short time. The Enhanced version has an improved duration.
How it plays
The bonus applies only while firing from the hip, so it is triggered by a kill and then used by shooting without aiming down sights. That makes it situational: it pays off in close fights where you are already firing from the hip after a kill.
