Partition Module

Overview

The Partition Module is a yellow Vex Module from Encore, one of three module types alongside the green Connection and blue Access modules. When installed in its bowl, it removes solid walls in the area.

Acquisition

The module drops from a Partition Minotaur, which appears once the Vex and Shadow Legion enemies guarding a room are cleared. In City Traversal, the pickup is carried by a Minotaur called Independent Variable.

Use

Dunk the module at the yellow Vex plate near where the Partition Minotaur was killed. In City Traversal the pickup goes into a bowl beside a shell-shaped door, which opens it for Radiolite extraction and activates a conflux leading to the first set of secrets.
