Phantasmal Fragment

Phantasmal Fragments are a Shadowkeep rare material of residual Nightmare energy. They drop from Nightmare enemies and come from the Lectern of Enchantment daily bounties in Sanctuary. They can also be bought at the Lectern for 10 Legendary Shards.

The Lectern spends them on a Phantasmal Core (20), an Empowered Decryption Core (30, during the Divine Fragmentation quest), and a Rally Banner in Sanctuary (5). Ten fragments can be exchanged with Master Rahool for 10,000 Glimmer.
