Proximity Sensor

Overview

The Proximity Sensor is an on-screen alert that tracks a NES006 specimen during the Echoes Battlegrounds. It appears once the Proximity Sensor Alert is picked up from Failsafe.

Obtaining the alert

After finishing week 3's story for A Rising Chorus Act II, pick up the Proximity Sensor Alert from the Research Bays menu in Failsafe's H.E.L.M. area. Picking it up starts no quest, but lets you track the specimen.

Finding NES006

Play an Echoes Battlegrounds activity and follow the sensor. Each Battleground places the specimen in a different spot, and an on-screen waypoint appears within about 20 meters. The specimen is an Assimilated Torch Hammer, which starts the Specimen ID: NES006 quest.
