Perk options include Unrelenting, Assassin's Blade, Duelist's Trance, Frenzy, Relentless Strikes, Chain Reaction, Wellspring and One for All. It is a Fallen-made blade; its description says "Not a soul would speak of what remained after that wretched blade found its marks."

Acquisition

Obtained from Iron Banner matches or Iron Engrams opened through Lord Saladin's reputation ranks. D2 Wiki dates it to Season of the Risen; Destinypedia lists it as a legacy Iron Banner weapon, so its place in the current pool may vary. No sunset is noted.
