Reksis

Reksis Vahn, the Hangman is one of the eight Scorned Barons of Forsaken. A sadist who tortures Servitors, he opposes them as symbols of the Traveler and Fallen house order, and harvests their Ether to keep his followers in a "mad craze". The tallest of the Barons, he fights with a large Flame Cauldron that leaves trails of fire.

Baron Hunt

Target: The Hangman is an adventure on The Tangled Shore for 1-3 players: rescue Spider's Servitors from cages, track the Hangman, then defeat him in his hideout. Enemies include Scorn Stalkers, Ravagers, Wraiths, the Hangman's Jailer and the Hangman's Ravager. Before the Red War he reportedly exterminated the last Servitors of the House of Wolves.
