Riptide is a Legendary Fusion Rifle that deals Stasis damage. Its flavor text reads, "Sudden, swift, and deadly."
Uses the Rapid-Fire Frame archetype in the kinetic slot with special ammunition.

Crafting and variants
This is a random-roll weapon without a crafting pattern. It has no legacy sunsetting Power cap; those caps were removed with The Final Shape.
Notable traits
Auto-Loading Holster reloads while the weapon is stowed. Controlled Burst rewards landing a full fusion burst with damage and charge-time benefits. Origin traits include Roar of Battle, Wild Card (perk).
