Short Circuit

Overview

Short Circuit is the Deep Stone Crypt Descent triumph for confronting Taniks while only one fireteam member deposits nuclear cores. It contributes to Descendant and increases the initial Eyes of Tomorrow drop chance.

How to complete

Assign one depositor for the whole encounter. Other players may collect and carry the cores, but they must bring them to that player near the bins identified by the Scanner; nobody else may interact with a deposit bin.

Have the carriers hand off their cores in turn so the designated player can deposit the first, take the next, and deposit again. Keep the Suppressor job on another player so the bins can be opened while the depositor receives cores. Repeat the arrangement through every wave. A deposit by a second player invalidates the triumph even if all earlier cores were handled correctly.
