Shrieker

Overview

A Shrieker is a stationary Hive turret with a metal body and an energy core, "dead mass, animated by the arcane will of the Hive". It starts closed and, once provoked, splits into floating parts around the core, firing Void projectiles. In Destiny 2 it has an exposed eye weak spot and spiral fire. Variants include elite Revenant and Unhallowed Shriekers and named bosses.
