Taken Hobgoblins

'''Taken Hobgoblins''' are Taken enemies that appear in Vorgeth's room in The Shattered Throne dungeon. They act as guards for the Keepers of Petitions, which spawn near each wall of the arena, alongside Taken Vandals and Taken Goblins.

The Keepers are Taken Wizard variants. Each one drops a sphere when killed, and collecting it grants the Petitioner's Mark buff, which lasts 45 seconds and stacks up to four times. Four stacks become Petitioner's Burden, which is deposited at an altar around Vorgeth to remove its shield.
