The Lost Cryptarch

Overview

The Lost Cryptarch is an Exotic quest, tied to the Festival of the Lost in the Season of the Outlaw (not a standard story mission). It is started with Amanda Holliday in the Tower, who gives you Master Ives' journal. The activity is set in the European Dead Zone, including the Trostland Lost Sectors and Whispered Falls.

Steps

An 8-step quest: collect journal pages from Legendary and Exotic engrams and Fallen enemies, decrypt them, clear the Trostland Lost Sectors (Atrium, Widow's Walk, Terminus East), investigate Whispered Falls, retrieve Ives' possessions, then follow Amanda's coordinates to a Fallen transmat pad. A Fallen Captain, Kikliss, is responsible for Ives' death.

Rewards

Thunderlord, an Arc heavy machine gun.

Availability

The quest was only available during the Festival of the Lost in the Season of the Outlaw; Thunderlord later became a random drop. This is a seasonal event quest and is no longer obtainable this way.
