Light

Overview

The Traveler's paracausal power, also called The Sky. It gives Guardians their abilities through their Ghosts, and it is the counterpart of the Darkness. The Traveler is a primary but not sole source of Light.

The Solar, Arc and Void subclasses use Light, while Stasis and Strand use Darkness. Guardians use Light for grenades, melee strikes, class abilities and Supers.

The Traveler created the Ghosts in its last breath to find people who could wield its Light. Ghosts revived fallen warriors as Light-bearers, and Guardians are the newer generation of them. Later Guardians learned to combine Light and Darkness, a practice called Prismatic.
