History of Trust Goes Both Ways

Overview

Trust Goes Both Ways is a quest from Fynch in Savathun's Throne World, part of The Witch Queen (Season 16 per Destiny 2 Wiki). It follows the The Ghosts mission. It takes about an hour.

Walkthrough

1. Loot 3 region chests. Fynch points you to Scorn stockpiles.
2. Defeat 100 Scorn and complete a public event in the Miasma, the northernmost area of the Throne World.
3. Loot 4 Faction Chests and complete 2 patrols in the Miasma. Here, “Faction Chest” means a standard random world chest (the same cache type Ghost detector mods reveal), not the gold one-time region chests from step 1 or chests spawned by public events or high-value targets. A Ghost cache-detection mod helps find them (GameSpot, March 2022; Destiny 2 Wiki).
4. Earn 2000 reputation with Fynch to reach Rank 3.
5. Return to Fynch.

Rewards

• Likely Suspect, a Void Fusion Rifle with Deepsight Resonance, whose Pattern unlocks crafting.
