Void Orbs

Overview

Void Orbs are the objects carried during the bridge puzzle in the Scarlet Keep Grandmaster Nightfall strike. The bridge is locked by a spell cast by Hashladûn, Daughter of Crota. The Destiny 2 Wiki also calls these objects Void Charges.

Bridge puzzle

Two orbs are needed, one for each side of the arena. Kill the Wizard in the smaller tower on one side, then pick up the orb from the pedestal it leaves. Carry it to the pedestal in the central area and place it there, then repeat on the other side. Depositing the second orb breaks the spell and lowers the bridge.

Waves of Thrall and Knights attack while you retrieve the orbs, and Wizards hover above the bridge path during the wave fights. A large wave waits in the middle when you return with the second orb.
