Vortex Grenade

Overview

The Vortex Grenade is a Void grenade. On impact it explodes, applying a five-tick burn that damages enemies and stops their health regeneration. It then creates a vortex lasting 4 seconds that deals continuous damage to enemies inside it. Overlapping damage-over-time effects do not stack.

Classes

The Vortex Grenade is the default grenade for Voidwalker and Nightstalker. Sentinel Titans use the Void Wall grenade instead.

Synergies

• Chaos Accelerant (Voidwalker): draws power from your Super to overcharge the grenade.
• Lockdown (Nightstalker): doubles the duration of grenade effects.
• Nezarec's Sin (Voidwalker equipment): Void-damage kills increase ability energy recharge.

The Voidwalker entries Bloom, Feed the Void and Insatiable predate Void 3.0 and may have changed since.
